tak exercise lagi!!!!

i was already in my jogging outfit when it suddenly start to rain heavily. I was like ' why it has to rain NOW? I thought of doing hiking n 2 round jogging at Bukit jambul.

yesterday is my off day for jog. i exercise 5-6 times per week.and since its raining (up til this post were written) today,i already off exercising for 2 days.I felt something in-complete when i didnt exercise for more than 2 days! urgh!!!!!!!

Exercise was part of my life. m doing it regularly.Some people say i looked just fine with my figure,so there's no need to do those exercise but please UNDERSTAND thats not my priority. I want to stay healthy..I wanna stay away from killer disease such as diabetes, heart attack, blood pressure, etc.

I always control what I eat.Sometimes, as a human being, we cant resist of seeing delicious food,it makes us want-to-eat-till-u-full-but-i-dont-care-i-still-eat. Honestly, i mmg kalah if i see tempe, ikan keli bakar, begedil.adoi!!!!! it doesnt matter, as long s u burn back that calories that u takes..Kalo dok input (dok telannn saja) tp xdak output (exercise-jog,cycling,gym,etc), mula la nek babat / spare tyre sana sini pastu complain baju ketat, seluaq sendat.

who can u blame??

the way i motivate myself is very easy. i just wanna share with u frenzy out there..take it or not, its okey with me, as i got nothing to lose.:)... Assume exercise is a food. Everyday we need food.we breakfast,lunch,tea-time, dinner n even late nite supper. When u skip 1 of those meals, i.e lunch, of course u'll starving like hell...u cant sit,u cant concentrate on works, because your stomach was singing loudly-begging you to feed 'em.

so do exercise. When u cant sweat yourself for just minimum 30 mins, u feel the lemak started to take place inside your body.u'll feel un-healthy, become tired easily, very lazy n mcm2 lg..


Exercise mmg penat.its not easy to start, especially when you're not a fan of it but pleaseee be strong.we know tht beauty is pain!!its just 30 mins per day to have active lifestyle.

Last friday, I celebrated my sis berfdey at tgif queensbay . She just trun 16. We dine quite late, around 515pm since its aidiladha.

I'm not good in giving suprise, so this is the best (i think) i can do haha..

Everybody lie in their life.tak kesah la tipu sunat atau tipu besar. still, kita menipu jugak. aku pon manusia biasa. .Tipulah aku kalau aku cakap aku bercakap benar dan tak pernah menipu sepanjang aku hidup selama 26 tahun.. Biasanya dlm perkara biasa untuk menyelamatkan diri sendiri ..contohnya :

situasi A (sms):

kwn aku : wey pompuan, hg kd mana ni.lambatnya !!!
aku : aku odw la ni... 10 minet ,jemm plak ada keta rosak..

(padahal dok makeup tak ingat)


situasi B (rumah) :

mak : Intan, hng p beli sat capati kd tmn tun sardon tu. mak lapaq tak makan apa ni..
aku : mamak tu tak niaga la harini. td org pi beli roti tgk gerai dia tutup la....

(ini sebab aku yg malas nak p beli , hahaha!!!)


banyak jugak tipu sunat yang aku buat tapi tu antara penipuan aku yg kerap-lah. . SORY kwn2 esp y slalu keluar dgn aku depa dah fhm mksd odw tu..heheh...

tp, apa yang aku nak share dgn korang semua, bukan pasal soal kita menipu siapa...tetapi soal pasangan/org yg rapat menipu atau hide something di belakang kita.

Apa perasaan korang bila dapat tahu org yang kita rapat, ada sejarah hitam sebelum atau masa kita kenal dia...tapi tak bagitau atau kongsi masalah tu dengan kita? dan siap pretend mcm nothing happened.. Tapi dia tak tahu sebenarnya kita tau perkara tu daripada orang lain....

Aku mmg pantang org tipu aku.. i mean BIG LIAR. Rasanya, semua org pon sependapat dgn aku...sapa yang suka kena tipu beb...Aku penah dump (mcm jahat sangat aku nii) ex-bf aku sebab he cheated on me , of course with proof .. aku pon bukanla bodoh sgt terus percaya ckp2 orang nih.. I gave him chance to tell me d truth, suruh mgaku apa yg dia pernah tipu aku but he nvr admit to me.siap swear tak pernah menipu aku.. maybe dia takut pecah lobang agaknya. .yelah..aku taw perkara A, dia mengaku perkara B....haa tak ke naya kan.. so end of story, i leave him. senang cerita..


When you are in relationship, or with someone u r closed to,korang pernah ada x that instinct feels like "you want-to-trust-them-but-u-cant-but-stil-u-have-to-trust-them?"..Tp ini utk aku la, tak pasti pulak dgn korang. . Aku taktahu kenapa susah aku nak percaya dia tp aku terpaksa untuk mengelakkan bergaduh..Ini bukan soal setia tetapi soal jujur seperti cerita aku di atas.

Kalau you ada black history in your past life, dont hesitate to tell your partner/bff/bf/gf/someone u closed or trust..Tak perlu malu..okey, mungkin anda takut kehilangan mereka once u tell them the truth.. Dont be..Lagi korang simpan, lagi tu korang akan lebih menipu mereka2 yang sayangkn anda.. If they care about you, they wont leave you, but they will stand right by your side....

we're not talking bout lagu here..but its about me joining the Penang bridge run (PBR) this coming sunday, on 22rd nov 09.PBR ni Acara tahunan Negeri P.Pinang. Tiap2 tahun mesti ada. .So dah tentu jambatan dan jalan2 sekitar jambatan akan ditutup due to the run. Dan mangsa nya siapa lagi kalau bukan Ferry..Konferm jammed ! By The way, Ni first time aku join PBR. Aku bkn masuk either full or half maraton tp Fun run saja..

Fun fun pon mau 10 kilometer tu kawan2..kalau convert ke sentimeter? hurm banyak tu heheh..:P

To join the fun run, we have to pay rm 10 for registration. N yesterday, i pick up the tshirt at PBR kiosk at qby mall (outside cofee bean ) n were also given bag containing tooth paste,cool gel (kot2 kaki krem),pil chi kit tek aun (kot2 tercirit masa lari ka apa ka), plaster n shokubutsu creAm bath. Plus dapat rm 30 off voucer kalo nak beli crocs. Hebat kan, with rm 10 u'll get all this thingy?? :)

Okey, here how we start. Starting point is at EastinHotel. Wisel akan ditiup tepat2 730am. Lepas tu lari2 sampai suku jambatan, patah balik , lari ke E-gate. Sampai E-gate pusing balik lari sampai ke Queensbay Mall. Nampak dekat dan senang tp jauhhhhhh weyy !!

For fun run,the time given were 1hour 30 mins. I hope i can complete it within time.Harap2 dpt bertahan dengan stamina aku yang tak sebanyak mana ni.heheh.. Seriusly, i am looking fwd to the run. Mesti ramai orang kan..kami sama2 berseronok sambil berlari. hahaha....boleh macam tu?? U guys shud see they build up the booth n evryting at qby mall. So colourful n really exciting !

Terpulang pada individu, kalau nak masuk this kind of run atau tak. Tiada sapa nak paksa soh masuk.. Ada yg teruja (mcm aku) , ada yg malas , tak larat, penat, letih bla bla bla .tak kesah lah. I just want experience..sambil lari, cuci-cuci mata gitu? heheh..:P

Saturday evening and i'm at Home?

YES ! Intan Norafzan is at home doing nothing.its very very hard to believe but i'm doing it right now.Adoi ! ! I dun hev a mood to go out today.maybe relaxing at home, watching gossip girls on my laptop was a good idea.

I was thinking to do some window shopping (WS) but again if i did that,i'm going to hurt myself haha...sounds crazy. I'm not into WS really, because lets say, when you were out shopping at mango (nmpk cm eksklusif sikit haha) or forever 21, u found few dresses/tshirts/jeans etc that really caught your eyes but u couldnt buy it because you're on budget? ok here's come credit card - but i swear to myself now i'm gonna use my card only for petrol..thats sad, seriusly ..:(.. So now it comes to your first intention - you didnt plan to do some shopping, but only to WS !!!.so lastly, i'll end up balik dengan keadaan sedih, kecewa dan tertekan..

I also plan to lepak tepi pantai seagate sambil minum air kelapa/ ais kacang/ cendol bersama-sama rojak buah dan makan laksa....Fuhhhhhhh best jugak kan sekali-sekala melayan perasaan. But my frens are all buzy la..xkan nak makan sorg2 kot? kansel lagi.......:(

so i guess i just stay at home with my famly....but oke jgk if not my mum slalu bising2 to me bkoz i always go out evry nite lepaking,muvies,etc..dh besar pun but still kena dengar my mum bebel lg but its oke coz i'm used to it d hahaha..

hoping tonite's plan to hard rock cafe doing well..just chilling with bunches of fren while listening to d live band, i am saying bye bye to the stress !!!

Last saturday, me n 2 close fren, cik timah n lyah went to redbox gurney (RBG) after few month we delayed the plan ! i am sooo excited, since its my first time going to RBG.well,oke shame on me lah but who cares? as long as i've been there kan? We arrived at Gurney Plaza around 1700.Jalan-jalan cuci mata dulu, sebab we booked bilik at 1800. Sejak2 queensbay dah bukak, aku dh jarang dtg gurney plaza, bkoz its kinda jauh from my home n the parking rate are dem mencekik darah ! and kd qby aka Penang's Midvalley ada more variety to choose from.Ada forever 21 n the latest ada JCo Donuts. Penang dh ada JCO okey kawan2 !!!teruja sat hehe. so kul 6pm, after register, we got room No. 1. depan skali oke .Tp bilik was kinda dissapointed sikit. sebab kecik n kurang selesa. Rasanya bilik karoke dekat relau lagi besar. But the service and sound system mmg tip top la. Nama pon Redbox kan.

Bdw, kitorg amek pakej buffet + karaoke skali, so 1 pax dalam rm 44++.THe buffet pon start at 6.seswaii sgt la timing tu. msuk2 terus makan hehe. Mic pon ada 3, kami pon 3 org so elok sgt la dapat sorang satu. Cik timah start dgn lagu alyah- tak mungkin kerna sayang. So sambil2 dia dok melalak, aku n cik lyah p amek makanan . MAkanan pon oke jugak la, not like what i expected mcm RB pavilion or sogo. Ada nasi goreng, ayam,lamb,mix vege, fruit,dessert n ice cream..

Sedap okey dessert ni.

pastu, time aku plak balun . Lagu wajib aku semestinya Acha Septriasa - Berdua Lebih Baik. Lagu ni mmg lagu pertama y akan aku menyanyi sebelum lagu2 len.kalo nak karoke dengan aku, dinasihati jgn cuba menyanyi lagu ini . sbb ini lagu aku yang punya!

Layan2 smp kul 10pm kami keluar dr RBG. 4 jam nyanyi smp lebam.Sebenarnya kalau nak ikut pakej, 3 jam + buffet. Tp kalo xd org yg reserve bilik, dorg akan bg 1-2 hours free. So lucky us, dapat 1 jam free lg, so total karoke aritu 4 jam! :)

Best taw kawan2 kalo nak rehatkan kepala otak dgn karoke ni.Tp, ada jugak sesetangah orang yg x suka karoke ni, alasannya 'hey, i dont have THAT voice, so i'm avoiding this karoke thing".. kwn2, orang2 yg p karoke ni pon bukannya suara sedap pon..Kalo suara sedap, dah lama dah jadi penyanyi kd malaysia ni. Sebab tak sedap la, kita2 ni menyanyi kat karaoke saja. haha.. betul x? so, lepas ni kwn2 ku yg mana segan nak nyanyi tu, PLEASE DONT BE oke. kita enjoy2 ja... Kalo segan jugak, keluaq dengan kawan2 yg kita taw sora konferm tak sedap, baru kita tak malu. yala, sora sama2 tak sedap, baru tak segan sangat , kan?

so selepas beberapa bulan mengumpul uang ringgit,akhernya last week( oct 29) i went to maxis center dekat Northam tower.I beli dengan my frends' frends(mr.S) so i can get ready stock bb..lega sgt2 because if u walk in mana2 maxis c,biasany kita kena tgg 3-4 weeks to get bb,same thing goes to iPhone pakej.so senang cerr aku pakai orang dalam-lah..beli handphone pon kena pakai kabel heheh.... after mr.S explained to me basics bout bb ,etc he proudly says

aku xkesah when some of my frens recommends me other hp like iPhone,HTC atau yg sejenis dengannya. for me,setiap orang ada minat sendiri dan tak salah kalau nak pakai nokia ka,s.e ka,motorola ka, as long as you can ctt ur fren n loved ones cukupla..betoi x? cuma kalo ada duit lebih, beli la hat canggih sket ,ye x heheh..:P

my life r now full with happiness (haha,oke cm poyo ) semenjak kehadiran berryberry dalam hidupku but smp skg aku x master dgn berryberry lg..instruction book pon xkhatam2 lg.takpa slow-slow la kan..baru ja seminggu pakai..berryberry pon bukan p mana2, ada dengan aku jugak. HA HA
